Dear Future 40 Years Old Me | A Letter From The Past

Dear 40 years old Bryan I hope your  successful on what you are doing or at least you are trying your best to find one, No pressure sir, just chill it will come.  Hows the weather there? I hope its cool because right now its really hot and I hate every bit of it. And also I hope you have found your other half and please pick the beautiful and sexy women, I’m really rooting for you and your future endeavors.  I really do hope you’ve achieved all of the things you want to achieve in your life, or at least 40% of it, the rest is just pure happiness.

I’m really sure you are still healthy despite the fact that what I did a few years back when I did stupid things which by the way I didn’t regret every bit of it, it surely destroyed some parts of me but what the hell we only lived ones. I really hope you are now a wise bastard and understand all the things that the present me unable to understand, like MATH!!! Nope, that’s not it, I’m just kidding well I’m not kidding that I’m kidding if you get my drift.

I hope you have a big house, good car and a beautiful little bastards following you around, I really hope that you have achieved the ultimate happiness that I’m still seeking that the moment with no luck.  Life is too short for regrets so I’m expecting that you are doing what you want and you did all the things that you want without regrets.

If there are things that didn’t go as plan or didn’t happened then probably it isn’t for us to achieved just rest assured that I’m already proud of you reaching that age. With little faith to God and to family “All is well”  and keep fighting the good fight!

I hope that when you read this, you will laugh your ass out because of the things that happened and your like reminiscing the past.

See you when you’re 40!!

Book Review On Tuesdays With Morrie

This book is one of the most influential book that I have read, it talks about life and how to deal with life. The books covers 14 Tuesdays and each of the Tuesdays covers different life changing stories that Morrie tells. If I were to choose one of which Tuesday that I want most I would probably choose the 6th Tuesday because emotions is important to us and we should express our feelings and sentiments in order to discover who we really are and what it really our purpose in life.

The Tuesday in the book that strikes me most was the 6th Tuesday when Morrie talked about Emotions.

I was able to grasp what Morrie is trying to tell. Detaching, that we need to detached ourselves from our own experience not by just totally forgetting those experience but by overcoming it, facing it and finally letting go of it.

Morrie said that it is important for us to “detach”, example are fear, love, pain from any other things, it makes us afraid of these things and thus in the end we just run away forget that it never happened, because we often run away from problems instead of facing it. But Morrie said that we need to let all these things fully penetrate us and later let go of it, move on to it or embrace it that some things are just are beyond human capabilities.

Morrie said that detachment dos not mean ignoring an experience, but immersing yourself in it. By experiencing fully, one is able to let go, to detach. Morrie tells Mitch that he must detach during his most frightening moments, like when his chest seizes up and he is unable to breathe. It is then that he must step outside of himself and accept that he could die at any moment.

“When you learn how to die, you learn how to live”

More example is that there are times in our life that is hard and makes us wanna cry but we shouldn’t supposed to cry because that’s what being strong is and in a relationship we often doubts ourselves but we are are just afraid of what might be the outcome if you tell it to our love ones. But for Morrie he said

Turn on the faucet. Wash yourself with emotion. It won’t hurt you. It will only help. If you let the fear inside, if you pull it on like a familiar shirt, then you can say to yourself, “All right, it’s just fear, i don’t have to let it control me. I see it for what it is”.

By reading this story I was able to realize that we should not ran away from our problems instead we should face it and good things will happen. We need to find courage in times of doubts and confusion and by then you are “detach” because you face it. Its like taking a heavy weight out of you and dumping it and continue living your life.

Jogging is the worlds most fat burner exercise and I will show you how to jog properly. I’m not an expert on this but I have experienced jogging a lot of time and for me jogging is like a hobby and I like it.

Study shows that when you jog you lose 50 times fat than walking imagine that.

The equipment

To perform comfortably when jogging is to wear a tight shorts and a sando(sleeveless shirt). But if you want to sweat more you need a thick layered jackets and jogging pants. Also it is advised to use a running shoes light and makes you comfortable in a long destinations.

Smoking Can Kill You But Its Not Too Late

There are a lot of links there that provide programs, strategies and ways to quit or at lease lessen our smoking habits.

Some people are looking for some alternative and solutions out in the internet, What they missed is the motivation in themselves to stop.  I know its hard because I am one of them too, because of desperation people seem to have lost their hope.

There are a lot of categories which causes us to be addicted, obviously from nicotine. But that’s not it, there are a lot of factors involve. I’m not a psychologist but these things can be noticed easily. I will briefly give some thoughts in every categories.

Here are the list:

Mental Form

Smoking and mental illness often go together. So if you have some mental problems cigarette is your friend. Some factors affect smoking is the stress and when you get stress expect a overwhelming cravings for a cigarette.  You can easily defend yourself from temptation by just having strong foundation to yourself, you know your grounds and limitations. You must respect your body and by respecting it you are fighting the temptations.

Habitual Form

As you continue to smoke you develop a habit. You getting high with cigarettes and you won’t complete your day without it. That’s the early signs of addiction. Most of people get addicted to cigarette is comes from boredom. Often when people get bored random things pop up and you started to think what if i do this and that whats the outcome? Now that’s a thing. You need to occupy yourself with useful things and make yourself busy to avoid going to the wrong direction. There are a lot of ways not to smoke think about it.

Emotional Form

Emotional problems tackle a lot of causes and in effect it destroys our self-confidence, people tend to rely on smoking because they believe it can help them. Yes, it can help them but in the short while only; in the long run a lot of complications will from which leads more problems.

Just like what I said earlier the stress factors followed by peer pressure is very influential to smoking. You must choose your friends and must have a strong foundation or mainframe for yourself. You must fight temptation and find inspiration in your family and good friends.

Chemical Form

Nicotine is a very dangerous form of chemical, though sometimes it helps but later you will realize you made a very big mistake. Continuous usage of it in form of smoking may lead to another chemical intake like liquors which is also dangerous. The fact that it is dangerous it also create a lot of problems all those mention above combined into one.

 

Realization

If you combine them all, obviously it will have a very powerful effects on us. That’s why it is recommended for smokers to go and rehabilitate in rehabilitation centers. Where a fellow smokers will interact and lean on each other.

But don’t lose hope as the saying goes ” if there’s a will, there’s a way”. The essential weapon to fight addiction is yourself and the ones that loved you. I value my life so I need to quit I know you do so lets hold hands and fight.

Hyperhidrosis,Sweating Problems,Sweat Glands

Have you ever feel like your sweat coming out like it is a river flowing? Experienced when all your  face neck and hands sweats more than what it used to be.   Experts says that this happens if you are in a high temperature area  or in a situation where you are in front of many people and embarrased or nervous, this happens.

It happened to me a lot of times but often times I disregarded it, because I’m used to it all the time. But recently I found out that I have sweating problem. I sweat more than a normal person do and even within  a low  temperature area with  pores  open, all my sweat come out like I’m in a shower. I’m starting to be aware of myself so I research all there is about my problem.

I found out that there are many solution in the internet, many advices and testimonials but I havent found yet the exact “home remedy” that will suit for me. The things that I found are surgeries and Laser treatment which is not really available to me. I really hope there will be one soon.
